Sim’s 5 Favorite Things:
1. The Backyard & Back Patio
“I adore the back patio,” Sim says. “It’s so spacious and private. My girls and I eat pretty much every breakfast and dinner on the patio – especially now that the weather is warmer. It’s absolutely my favorite place in the home.” As a nurse, Sim says that she loves to study as she relaxes on the screened-in patio. “I can hear the birds, and watch the flowers bloom. It’s very peaceful.”
2. The Master Bedroom
The view from the master bedroom is to die for. “It has a big, wonderful bay-like window that looks out over the backyard.” The room is large with tray ceilings and gorgeous well-kept hardwood floors.
“I love the tub and have spent many hours there! And the walk-in closet is large and lovely to use. There’s even a window in the closet! I have a blind on it, which makes it private, but having natural light in the closet is a beautiful thing.”
3. The Kid’s Bedrooms
“The kid’s bedrooms are so nice,” Sim says. “My daughter’s bedroom has a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. She’s made it into her oasis.”
4. The Bonus Room
“There’s a huge playroom – aka bonus room. It is kid-friendly and my daughters have made great use of this room over the past six years of living here.”
5. The Kitchen Pantry
“Oh, gosh,” Sim gushes. “I LOVE the pantry. There’s just SO much space. The pantry in the kitchen is huge!”
“And to top it all off, I have been absolutely thilled with the schools – Forestbrook Elementary and highschool. This house and the neightborhood has been a fantastic place for my girls to grow up. I can’t recommend it enough.”
