The world has seemingly come to a halt, but the real estate market is still operating. Here in Myrtle Beach, we’re carefully showing houses, but most clients I’m working with are operating virtually. In the last seven days, there have been over 400 new active properties listed with 307 closings. As you can see, business is still moving forward.
