Valentines Day on the Grand Strand
The Keller Williams The Trembley Group Real Estate Professionals think there’s not a better place to live on the east coast than Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. Sharing their passion for the area is one of the reasons they’re as good at their job as they are. While Myrtle Beach is great for couples all year long, homeowners can step up the romance a notch or two in February on Valentine’s Day. Living on the Grand Strand with a favorite person doesn’t get any better than in February. Here are a few Keller Williams The Trembley Group tips for a romantic Grand Strand and Myrtle Beach Valentine’s Day.
Some Keller Williams the Trembley Group Realtors are passionate about fitness. They’re up at the crack of dawn to jog along the beach or in any number of beautiful Grand Strand parks. All will tell you that while the beach at sunrise is an ideal place for exercise, it’s also the perfect time and place for a romantic walk with that someone special. Every Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand real estate owner should take advantage of every opportunity to experience a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean’s horizon and there’s no better time than with a loved one on Valentine’s Day. The Keller Williams The Trembley Group Real Estate Professionals guarantee there’s no more romantic way to get the day started than with a Myrtle Beach sunrise.
It will be hard to beat the romantic Myrtle Beach sunrise, but Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand have no shortage of fun things to do and fun attractions for couples to enjoy. An afternoon round of golf on one of ninety world-class Myrtle Beach golf courses is always a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon. And don’t forget that Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand is the miniature golf capital of the world with more than 50 courses. For Myrtle Beach real estate owners uninterested in golf, they can try their hand playing mini-golf. Or, what about an adventure riding the go-karts at Broadway Grand Prix or The Track? And Myrtle Beach has no shortage of oceanfront arcades for a few hours of fun and games. Romantic couples can share a funnel cake or other snack with the one they love at any of the countless attractions in the area.
Myrtle Beach has literally thousands of first-class dining establishments to choose from on Valentine’s Day! For Valentine’s Day, the Keller Williams The Trembley Group Real Estate Professionals recommend a quiet dinner at an oceanfront restaurant along the Grand Strand. Treat your love to low country favorites like traditional shrimp and grits or fried green tomatoes, as well as tantalizing standards like filet mignon. Diners can fill their appetites as well as their hearts on their Valentine’s Day dinner date.
Walk on the Beach
For those Myrtle Beach residents who didn’t make it up at the crack of dawn for a romantic Grand Strand sunrise, a walk along the beach is a perfect way to spend a little time with that someone special any time of day. Don’t listen to the doubters – romantic walks on the beach aren’t cliché! There’s not a more romantic way to spend Valentine’s Day afternoon than with a relaxing stroll along the shore of the Grand Strand. The choices are endless. The Grand Strand is sixty miles of broad, clean, white sandy beaches. From Pawleys Island on the South Strand to Cherry Grove Beach on the North, there’s no shortage of beautiful places to walk. Some Myrtle Beach real estate owners love to walk the beach adjacent to the Boardwalk for views of the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel and the Ocean Boulevard Hotels. Others like a more private and romantic beach jaunt of Myrtle Beach State Park or Huntington Beach State Park with their trails along the marsh and through maritime forests as well as the beach. There no shortage of places for a romantic walk along the Grand Strand.
Finally, there’s not a better way to end a romantic Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand day than by watching the sparks fly with an evening of fireworks at Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach! Hold a loved-one close and enjoy the fireworks spectacular, as hey light up the Grand Strand sky.
From doing something adventurous and fun together to taking a romantic walk on the beach to enjoying a nice dinner for two, there’s no shortage of romantic things to do in Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand around Valentine’s Day.

Cultural Opportunities In Myrtle Beach in February
Franklin G. Burroughs – Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum
But Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand have a rich cultural life, too. Franklin G. Burroughs – Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum’s wonderful exhibits, beautiful facility, fun tea-room, excellent gift shop, free admission (but, hey–be a sport and make a donation). This is my first visit to Myrtle Beach, and while the beach is great fun, this museum visit is the highlight of my trip. Myrtle Beach’s Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum strives to be one of the finest visual arts museums in the Carolinas. With 11 galleries that change throughout the year, Myrtle Beach’s only art museum offers exhibitions featuring paintings, textiles, sculpture, photography, video, ceramics, assemblage, collage and more. A visit to the Art Museum’s exhibitions can be enhanced by its lively programming, including artist receptions, tours, lectures, workshops and classes for both adults and children. Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand also has more than its share of commercial galleries offering the works of local and regional artists.
The Long Bay Symphony
In addition to the visual arts, Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand have a first-class professional symphony orchestra that offers concerts throughout the year. The symphony is a favorite of many of the Keller Williams The Trembley Group Realtors and another great reason that Myrtle Beach real estate is so special. For the past twelve years, the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club and the Long Bay Symphony has wowed guests with their Bravo Broadway Concert. The Bravo Broadway Concert helps Rotarians raise money for many of Myrtle Beach’s and the Grand Strand’s most deserving non-profits.
